The most important thing in our life is having
a real friend who can share our joy and sadness.
Our true friend can be only one person and not
many people.

우리에게 정말 소중한 건
살아가는데 필요한
많은 사람들 보다는
단 한 사람이라도
마음을 나누며 함께 갈 수 있는
마음의 길동무입니다.


When are in joy or in sorrow,

어려우면 어려운 대로
기쁘면 기쁜 대로


We can show our own heart and share our
own reality with our real friend.

내 마음을 꺼내어
진실을 이야기하고
내 마음을 꺼내어
나눌 수 있는 동무...


Nowadays I miss having such a real friend.

그런 동무가
간절히
그리워지는 날들입니다.


We may live today to meet a valuable
people like a desert oasis.

사막의 오아시스 같은
소중한 사람을 만나기 위하여
우리는 오늘도 삶의 길을
걷고 있는지도 모릅니다.


A human desert can be called modern city life,
All of us can meet beautiful neighbors,
real friends and our lover.

현대라는 인간의 사막에서
마음의 문을 열고 오아시스처럼
아름다운 이웃을, 친구를,
연인을 만났으면 좋겠습니다.
